No Return And Final Sale Policy
All sales made through CHERROL are considered final. Due to the nature of our products, which are cosmetics and personal hygiene items, we cannot accept returns, provide refunds, or process exchanges for any reason, including:
Change of mind or accidental purchases.
Unopened or opened products.
Incorrect item ordered.
Reasoning:
Once a cosmetic product leaves our controlled facility, it cannot be resold due to strict health and safety regulations. To protect the integrity and hygiene of our products for all customers, we cannot accept returned items back into our inventory.
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items):
While we do not accept returns, we take pride in our quality control. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Email us at hello@cherrol.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If approved, we will send a replacement or offer a store credit at our discretion.
Allergic Reactions:
We list all ingredients on our product pages. We do not provide refunds for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or irritations. Please review the ingredients list before purchasing and perform a patch test on your skin.
