Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Cherrol are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
International Duties: If shipping outside South Africa, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Policy Reference: All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

ADDITIONAL LIABILITY & FRAUD CLAUSE
Unauthorized Card Use: Cherrol is not liable for any fraudulent purchases made on our website using stolen credit cards, compromised bank accounts, or unauthorized payment methods.Identity Assumption: We assume that the person placing the order is the rightful owner of the payment method used.
No Financial Liability: If a fraudulent order is successfully processed and shipped before we are notified of the fraud, Cherrol is not financially liable to the victim or the bank for refunds or compensation.
User Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials and payment information secure.
